My mortgage is $291000 and no longer than I have owned my home:Mortar falling out of bricks and ceramic tile, deck or porch boards warping,I have raised flooring pipes under my home are not secured and falling,

My doors are not sealing, I have leaking when it rains around windows and my roof when it rains getting into my walls, door threshold molding is loose, the banister post used on my porches are bending and my porches are dropping which the roof of the porches are separating from the walls causing rain to leak into the house as well the flooring of my home is very noisy when you walk on it because its not secured properly.

The soffett is starting to rot from water getting inside my roof, I have water damage to my wood flooring from leaks from the roof, didn't put screens on all of my windows, left my inside heat units with materials inside did not come back and clean. 1 ea light fixture in my garage never worked railing and flooring on my porches are terrible.

Carpet coming away from the walls, grout around the shower and bathtub falling out, dishwasher never worked properly, never came back and put gutters around my home. Didn't properly secure railing on my staircase inside.

Didn't put any kind of door on my crawl space for under the house left open, no drainage for space between the two porches at rear of home water stands
