Jim Keefer is a totally racist guys he called me a f***** n***** his exact words are we have a stupid f****** n***** that is uppity,

He advertises he is a direct private lender no up front fees this lender loans 100% of loan request for any purpose loans,

then he sends out a finders fee agreement for 5000.00 but there is no up front fees for his services  when i ask him about it he says he does not or did not tell me he has 100 percent loaans and his flyer completly state it ,

He says send over a summary application and proof of funds ..i did but thank god there was a page 3 missing ,then he sends over his fee agreement for 5,000.00 and there was no loi we never knew who the lender was ,or is ..he stated he had an interested lender....I did not feel comfortable at all .he charges 3.5 percent broker fee $5000,00 finders fee now and the lender  will charges a fee if there is a lender out there that will charge so there is no room for you to charge ,,..

He says he has a lender that funds 100 percent of loan request with 10% down is that not the same as 100 % but the client pays 10% down to get 100% loan request  or is they funding 90 % and adding your 10% lol .. this guy ..He called me a Ngger a stupid f**king n****r that is uppity and a dumb f***** do not know the differnce between a corporation status  when I last check there was llc ,c-corp ,and s-corp . llc he says is not a corporattion ,,i thought llc means limited liability corporation..
