James Koeppel is a joker!  He called us out to look at his spa and provide an estimate.  One item he wanted an estimate for was his spa light which is submerged in water.  We told him we charge $150.00 to drain his spa, remove the fixture, replace the bulb and seal, and reinstall.  He said that was too high and wanted our technician to show him / tell him how to do it.  Yeah Jimbo the joker, we make a living driving to people's houses to show them how they can do something, quite the sustainable business model!  With pool and spa lighting and the inherent safety issues ubiquitous with electricity and water we would never explain to anyone how to do it themselves and expose ourselves to the culpability if you kill yourself or your kids.  $150.00 is a bargain, even for a cheapskate like you James!  

  We refused to provide free advice and the technician left.  Jim the joker goes online to besmirch our company and malign us!!    James the joker, do you provide FREE psychology to your clients?  Afterall, you expect others to work for free...
