Jim Laabs Lusic deceptive business practices, incredible rudeness Internet

The company had a used organ listed on its website with a buy-now option.  I added it to my cart and paid for it with a credit card, supplying them with my contact information.  I also phoned the company, inquiring about delivery, and was told the man I needed to speak to was out, so I left my contact information verbally.

No one called for five days, so I called back.  The man I spoke to said the organ was not available, but has been sold.  Thinking he was speaking about me, I told him that I was the one who bought it.  He answered that he was aware that I had "supplied my information," but that the instrument had been sold.  I told him that I did not just supply my information, but had clicked the buy-now option, added it to my, cart, and paid for it with my credit card.  He interrupted me and shouted, "Don't you understand?  It's not here.  I don't have it."  Then he said he could get me a new instrument for $1,200 more.

I called the credit card company and was told that the transaction had not been processed, so I put a stop on the payment.

Honestly, I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company.  They are deceptive, rude, impolite, and very unprofessional in their customer service.
