I wired a cashier's check to Jim Lescher for $2450. In return I was to get my own casino home page. When accessed, my website resolves into a parent casino. Eg. Bovado, Bodog, Downtown Bingo or Slots LV. What was promised is that a monthly email blast would go out  each month advertising my site and any signups resulting from my website would be recorded and a share of all losses would go into my account. What I got was a website to tinker with. That's it. All the emails never happened because the site showed nothing but zero's in all categories. I know because I eventually paid for my own mass emailings totalling about 80,000 over 2 monthis. Because of this and having a link on LinkedIn clicks numbering less than 70 have appeared to date. Zero signups. I went to my site, signed up, and made wagers. Nothing has been recorded on my website and all finance categories stil show all zeroes. The lie about sending the emails is one thing. Even with the emails peopls  could still choose not to sign up but me having signed up and also losing wagers and nothing shows that revenue was generated makes it a scam. I filed a report with the PA State's Attorney which amounts to window dressing. I don't understand how he can keep this going on all this time without getting pressure from someone with teeth.

As much as I wish I didn't have to I must retract a portion of my complaint. Though it took much longer than it should have a small amount of earnings finally made its way into my account. Thus I can't truly give scam status to this company. However customer service is practically non-existent after purchase. The promise of sending emails was not made in good faith and before I gave him my investment money he called fairly often and was not hard to get ahold of to answer questions. After the transaction he could not be reached and offered no instruction. Support from the person who provides the website is necessary and I mostly had to teach myself through a process of trial and error.
