Jim Mintz and oscsolutions.net are big time ripoffs, they promise to complete your work for you in a certain time frame then take all your money upfront and lag on the work. I should have learned my lesson the last time I worked with him he took 3 months to complete what he said would be done over the weekend. Our last project for one page checkout started 11 months ago  the first 4 months went by I thought he may just be busy so I let it slide, and 6 months later I had to start calling every week to see whats taking so long.. one excuse after another until he stops answering the phone. This POS took $800 from me and didn't do anything except lie. (yeah Jim, don't think I'm going to ever let this go until I get my money back, this is far from over)

One of his excuses for not completing the work was the bad economy and he was trying to stir up more business.. I can see why nobody wants to do business with you and why your failing when you rip them off like this. It's kinda sad really, because I had a lot more work I would have given him if he auctually completed it. Oh yeah, don't try calling him everyday from noon to about 4PM because he's to busy eating lunch to talk to you and will have to call you back later.

If you do work with them make sure not to pay upfront because once Jim Mintz gets your money he has no motivation to complete the work. I hope everyone who knows Jim Mintz gets to read this to see what kind of person he really is.
