Jim Rauth Home Services/We Luv Homes Poor Work and Service/Lied To about being Bonded and Insured Milwaukee Wisconsin

Jim Rauth replaced 2 gutters on house; one of them leaked immediately after (in August, 2014).  He had stated he could "replace the old gutter than were split", so I hired him because he was local, and he said he was bonded and insured.  He decided to use larger gutters and made the holes larger.  Well, one of them was apparently too large; it leaked all over the side of the house after the new gutters were up.  I called him and he came back to fix it; by fixing it he placed tar over the area and said it would hold.  I called and asked him how long this would work; he said for years.  He also stated he stands behind his work and lived right down the street, that I could call him if there were any other problems.  Well, yesterday (3/7/15) I saw the gutter was completly frozen over with ice from top to bottom (it is a duplex).  I called and left a message for him to call me.  He called back and said he no longer did "roofing work".  I called him back and told him that it needed to be fixed.  He went BALLISTIC, that he "injured" his head in January and wasn't doing this type of work anymore.  I told him it still needed to be fixed.  He blew again, calling me a "fu**ing b***h".  I then told him I'd see him in small claims and civill court, over him still yelling incoherently.  I hung up; he called back and said he was going to sue because he "cut" his hand last summer because he was fixing the metal strap that was never nailed down in the first place.

This guy is nuts.  He had gone by the name of Jim Rauth Home Services on Angie's List (year, right) and also "We Luv Homes" or something.

 Don't hire him, he apparently lied and about being bonded and insured, since he never gave me the name of the company.  He had said he "stands behind" his work and would fix any problems that arose.  That sure didn't happen.
