This company promises the moon and delivers heartache. Jim rosen supposed president called me twice after 9:00 pm at home, first to take my order then to warn me of his legal team that would enforce their small print cancellation policy.

According rosen, all cancellations must be done within the hour of placing your order which would've been 11:30 pm after the company was closed. He stated that I would be charged a 20% cancellation fee and shipping both ways plus processing fees. Mind you at this point they shipped nothing and we didn't even have an emailed invoice. He claimed they had incurred great costs at this point.

Fortunately I cancelled my credit card to avoid a fight. When I talked with one of his employees the next day, he/she was very apologetic claiming they heard my complaint all the time. Avoid these people at all costs, try Amazon, they police these creeps.
