Scam! Very helpful when you are ordering but then you will never hear from them. Have requested several times to speak to a supervisor and no one calls. Do not believe there are any supervisors. Told me my equipment was located in Washingtonand said since I lived on the west coast and that I would receive it with in 14 - 28 days. After 28 days, they couldn't find it and then found it in a distribution center in Texas. A weekiand a half later they say things get loss.
