Jim Smith installed about 1000 square feet of 18x18 Travertine and did not stand by his work or his warranty. The guy is a liar and a thief, his crew even stole from my house. He was suppossed to use a high quality thin-set, which I paid for (he used the cheapest possible).
My Travertine is cracking all over the place because of the poor installation. The guy lied about the process, supplies, and time of installation. His crew stole a checkbook from my house and tried to cash checks all over town. I had to spend a lot of time filing police reports. When they caught up with the person that we thought was responsible, he still had my checkbook in his backpocket.
I filed a report with the BBB, and this jerk (Jim Smith) is trying to claim I gave his crew drugs. We will see about that, I have offered to take a polygraph test and any drug test. This p***k is the lowest form of life possible: liar and a thief. I hope someone reads this before choosing to do business with that scum.
