AIT Environmental Technology is supposedly an indoor air quality company run by an alcoholic, habitual liar named Jim Thomas. Known to his few friends as Diamond Jim and reviled by anyone who was stupid enough to ever trust him or loan him money. Jim lives in his own little world where he is king and his enablers actually believe his tales of investors waiting in the wings ready to throw money at this mom & pop joke of a company. Jim uses the company bank account as his own, paying for his booze, golf and personal expenses. He also claims that he has a patented process and proprietory formula unique to the industry when in fact anyone off the street can buy the fogging equipment and phenol benzyl product from ABC Compounds located in Atlanta.
Jim is great at getting people to work for nothing and will promise anything that will make him look like a big spender and important person. Jim and his cohort John Machnic are now telling potential investors they have franchises for sale and actually have several nitwits willing to throw their money down this hole. Anyone with half a brain would only need to ask to see the financials on this bogus company to see they cannot afford to even pay attention, little alone support a franchise organization. Jim offers everyone he meets a job with his company and will say anything to boost his pitiful ego. It doesn't take long to figure out he is nothing but smoke and mirrors. Jim Thomas is a serial con man who cannot help himself. The product and sevice actually do work but the price of having to be associated with Jim Thomas with his drunk stumbling acts, outright bull****, egomania and demeaning personality make it not worth the effort. Dealing with Jim is like dealing with Otis of Mayberry fame only there is no Sheriff Andy to keep him in line. Do not invest any money or waste any time with this person or company.
