Jimmy Crangle TEFL I paid fee for Franchise. They folded due to Military take over other Bangkok

Like others I paid my franchise fee in early 2013 on the condition that I would get a 100% refund if the business did not achieve US$50,000 in the first year of trading. The trading turned out to be zero and the military coup was blamed for the lack of students. I asked for a refund and they started to send US$454 per month for 3 months and in the last communication I had with them they ststed that they would increase that sum to US$908 when their cash flow improved. That was in June 2014 and I have not been able to get any response from them since then. I am obviously very angry as I have lost US4 19,900.

These people are the scum of the earth and need to be shown to others as liars, scammers and unprincipled . No one should contemplate doing any business with them. If anyone is considering a class action I would love to join in to deprive Crangle of his lifestyle built on scamming innocent people.
