Jimmy Ray Pierce born January 8, 1966 is the biological father of two children. He currently resides in Texas in the city of Pampa. He has even been on the front page of the local newspaper. He refuses to pay his court ordered child support.
Local child support offices are of no help. They simply will not do their jobs. He is on Facebook etc and can be found if they would do their jobs.
He works in commerical HVAC or did and has been known to work construction as a way to work under the table to avoid child support. He has given up his parental rights to two other children in order to avoid child support. If you know him please contact Child support office in your area.
