Jinshil Choi and associates of Bayside, Queens are trying to scam brid breeders by buying their unweaned baby bird and calling back saying the bird is sick, then another call saying the bird died. Keep in mind, all this time they did not bring "the sick bird" to the Vet.

They would then want to get a second bird or their money back. When you don't comply with their demand they would post negetive informations about you all over the internate.

They would claim that the bird was sick at the time of purchase, and as you know, if this was the case the appropriate thing to do would be, to bring  " the sick bird" to a license Veterinarian.

If this was done and the doctor deemed the bird to be sick at the time of purchase, then their claim would be valid

These idiot, stupid asses, thieves to be more blunt are trying to take poeple for fool.  They make me sick.

When I looked back, there were so much indications that I was dealing with scammer, thieves if you would, because that's what they are, but I did not recognized it then.

This is their way of  scamming folks to get free birds, so Breeders BEWARE

Wean

AUTHOR: Clarke - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, June 30, 2011

Definition of wean:

To detach from a source of dependance (ex being weaned off medication)

Nowhere in the definition did it state anything about mammory glands or breast milk.  Try a dictonary.

Baby birds have to be weaned off of the mush (for lack of a better word) that they are feed as babies onto a solid diet.  It may take some birds close to a year to wean and as previously mentioned many things can go wrong unless someone has experience weaning a bird.

Serious Question

AUTHOR: Jim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 04, 2010

Since Birds do NOT GIVE MILK, HAVE NO MAMMARY GLANDS AND DO NOT SUCKLE

Why do you misuse the term WEANED?

that only refers to Giving breast milk.

STOP BUYING AND SELLIN UNWEAND BIRDS !!

AUTHOR: Birdoflove - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, July 03, 2010

THis all has to stop number one the bird should not be sold at a that tender age and being put in  crate from florida to newyork. its bound to get sick in that cold plane.

Number two you guys in nyc stop with the raciest "indian" thing and all i have to say is you be cheap you have to pay twice. You should have never purchased such a small baby it no way with some common knowledge that a bird could survive 5-6 hours with out a nice warm heating lamp or heating pad. Go to a local breeder and everything would have been better than this war Zone

Fault lays on both. THE POOR BIRD HAD TO PAY FOR IT !!

Unweaned birds

AUTHOR: Ginny - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, July 02, 2010

Almost always there are no heath guarantees on unweaned birds. Too many things can go wrong after the babies leave the breeders home. Personally I am against the sale of unweaned birds.
