j.jill Scam Internet

I placed an order for a dress online with j.jill.  The person on the other end talked me into opening an account because they said I would save a certian percentage and get free shipping.

I received the dress and it was of such poor quality that I sent it right back.

I was notified weeks later that they did not credit my card but gave me a credit at the store and had to make a payment for shipping and handeling and the cost of the dress.

I got them to put the cost of the dress back on my credit card but they made me pay the shipping and handeling fee that was $38.00.  I paid this over the phone and told them to cancel my account.

A month later I just received another bill for $15.00 because they said they charge to take payment over the phone!  I was supposed to be informed of this but was not.

I contacted one of their people named Gero his ID # is 666272.  He said he would make a record of the dispute of this clame and told me I had to send a letter to:  WFCB  P.O Box 182120 in Colombus, OH 43218-2120. 

I will send them a letter but refuse to make any more payments to this disreputal company. 

This has affected my credit rating and I am very upset about this.  I think people should know what a horrible Company j.jill is.
