I am asking anyone that - after viewing the complaints about JKH posted in this forum - IF YOU DECIDED NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM COULD YOU PLEASE INFORM THIS FORUM OF IT. We need to know that we are making a difference for potential victims!

If MR. JK Harris were to actually answer any complaints personally. - I might believe he has some integrity. But I guess when you have screwed 1000's of consumers you have to pick your battles. Plausible deniability. I'm sure he has a 24 hr. bodyguard. SCUM like HIM needs one.

Unassuming consumers like us have made this man a millionaire. LET'S NOT KEEP HIM IN BUSINESS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JKH!!

JKH Guarantee:

JK Harris & Company, LLC and/or JK Harris Small Business Services, LLC do hereby guarantee the full, prompt, and complete performance of all the terms, conditions, and covenants of this Engagement Agreement.

THIS GUARANTEE shall continue until all the terms and conditions of said contract have been fully performed. The Guarantor shall not be released of any obligation or liability hereunder so long as there is any claim or right of claim arising out of said contract. In the event of any claimed breach of contract, the Guarantor shall be afforded full right to perform said obligations thereunder.

OFFERS IN COMPROMISE: In the matter of Offers in Compromise, if we contract to prepare, submit, and negotiate an Offer in Compromise on your behalf, we have based the determination of your qualifications for the program upon information provided by you at the time of your initial interview and this information is documented on a form titled, Tax Settlement Analysis, which you and our consultant will both have signed. The ultimate decision to accept or reject your offer rests with the IRS or State tax authority, however, in the event your offer is rejected, we will prepare and argue your appeal at no additional charge and/or withdraw and resubmit a new offer.

FEE GUARANTEE: Any fee quoted covers our complete service as specified in our engagement agreement and is based upon our reliance on your answers to our questions at the time of our initial interview. This fee will not increase no matter how many hours we have to work on your case. You will not be charged a percentage of the reduction in taxes or an hourly rate unless our engagement involves audit representation. Time is of the essence and we require you to complete your questionnaires and respond to our requests for information and documentary support within a reasonable amount of time.

REFUND POLICY: If at any time prior to completion of our work, you request a termination of our engagement agreement and a refund of fees, we will refund on a pro-rata basis of work left uncompleted.

THIS GUARANTEE shall become null and void if you fail to provide us with information or documentation in a timely manner or if you provide us with false and misleading information or if you default on any installment credit agreement with Professional Fee Financing Associates, LLC.

THIS GUARANTEE shall be governed under the laws of the State of residence of client and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefits of the parties, their successors, assigns, and personal representatives.

RESPONSE TIME: If Chairman, President & CEO resembling description in above paragraph does not respond in any manner (timely or otherwise) to multiple attempted contacts by me - they will be considered deserving of all descriptions in mission statement ( Liars, Cheats, Thieves, Swindlers, Grifters, Con Men, Scum, and Fat men that portray them on TV commercials (trying to look legitimate).

THIS GUARANTEE shall become null and void if you provide us with performance in a timely manner or if you provide us with truthful and honest information or if you fulfill the empty promises of the lying saleperson that initiated our contract.

THIS GUARANTEE shall be governed under the laws of COMMON SENSE, and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefits of the parties, their successors, assigns, and personal representatives.
