JK HARRIS OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVERED CHARLESTON South Carolina

JK Harris promises to perform a service that may not resolve there clients tax issues and when they negotiate with the IRS you end up paying more money then before you started services with them.

I owed the IRS around 8,000 dollors. I was paying 90 bucks a month for 4 years and was getting know where with paying them off. I read about JK Harris which would prepare a Offer of Compromise and thought I would give them a try.

When working with my client service representative she would tell me that they could accomplish and the time frame they could accomplish it in. During the time I worked with her I recieved a Levy on my earned wages and then they negotiated a monthly payment that was higher then what I was originally paying. There customer service was very poor. I lost confidence in there ability to accomplish what they said they could do. I canceled services with them and asked for my money back since they did do anything to help my situation but create a worse financial burden for me. They told me that it takes 40 days to process refunds and I may not get it back. They have to evalutate the services that they rendered up to the point of cancelation.

After reading other complaints about this company we all share the same common complaint. This company should be reviewed by the BBB or some kind of consumer advocacy agency because they are ripping off lots of Americans hard earned money and sending them deeper into debt. I hope there is a class action suite brought against them.
