Many e-mails and many calls sent to JK Harris to return the money from the check they Promised NOT TO CASH and did and now nothing..it has been almost two months. You seek help from them and they end up harming you and costing you more money as they are TAKERS!.. will not fix any mistakes they make and will not cover their errors by making things ethically right.

ANYONE USING THEM - BE CAUTIOUS- NOW I SEE ALL THE COMPLAINTS- DON'T BE tricked by the website stating you may e-mail MR. JK Harris himself.. He has not responded to any of this.

Mr. Harris.

There is something very wrong that your company will not expedite the funds to my account that were taken in the first place by an associate or rep not following through when they said the check would not be cashed.

This now has s****.> We trusted you to do the right thing and it has not been done.. It could have been fixed. You have not responded, and no one else so who is to blame.. all of you that are involved and aware and I need this money and now I need for you to ethically fix all these bank charges. I've given my phone numbers and e-mails time and time again and apparently no one cares.

Just a reply with the money in the account and the bounced fees - your rep cashed the check and was not suppose to do this. It is not our fault - could have been settled a long time ago- but now it's just a mess. Thanks for not responding -makes us feel so unimportant in your huge corporation.. You have money and you have my money and this was all we had and we needed it. We did not have those funds for you to take and you did and we can't get them back out of a huge company as someone can't get up and walk a transaction or wire the money and our fees at this point.. they are already up there and we expect full recovery of it all.. somebody surely can't do a wire transfer should not be working in a banking department- or a processing department.. that surely is not the problem.. it is finding someone who cares enough to do the right thing.. is there not one ethical person who cares there?

This is another opportunity for your company to please make things right and put the money in the account.. we have now bounced checks, returns, overdraft charges and this is not right.. Your company rep was told not to cash the check- they said not a problem and they did and that has been almost a month now and the money has not been returned.

IT is not just unfair. it is wrong... Your company should also pay the fees and bounced checks and write the letters as you did not take the time to get the money back in our bank as you should have done.. A wire takes no time, but caring and honesty well that is only if the employee has that in them. .apparently someone did not care.

This is too sad and awful.. I can't believe that you know someone disabled needing the money that was not to be cashed in the first place can not get a company this big to put my MONEY back in there.. by the way it' s not just that anymore that I think you owe.. I think you should pay the overdraft fees and returned checks as this is so so wrong.

How could your company allow this to happen.. and how come no response from your company.

I found your name on a website.... but apparetnly it did not matter that your company gave us money problems.. I cant' believe this.

We are disabled. 3 small kids and had to go to the pawn shop for groceries and fighting what bills we can as this has now s****.> I am very sorry that this was not handled better as It just was so unfair to us. Please let us know what you intend to do- when we are getting our money wired and the extra for the fees and how you will pay us for the cost of stress and pawn shopp- I have no idea.

WE desperately need our money returned today.. it is a stressful situation.. the check was promised not to be cashed and was and now nobody will respond by getting our money back.. we need it now.

we are desperate.. I am so upset. I set up the consultation thinking you might help with an problem.. only consultation for now and told you not to cash the check. The rep assured that the check would not be cashed. and stop the whole process-but THEY DID AND NOW IT'S BEEN almost two months AND NO REFUNd.. we don't have money to eat or anything and this is awful.

we asking for your help now todya.. the returned annd bounce fees are piling up and worse no money at all in the bank.. pleae call .. we need it wired today..

It's beyond poor service now- someone doesn't care to walk it through- I've done customer service in the past 14 years and was manager and I knwo sometimes you go thru red tape and go the extra mile but somebody has to take tht initiative and make a first step.please will you do that forus.

we trusted your firm to talk toyour rep and trusted the check would not be cashed and it was and then trusted refund in 48 hours and now itj's months later. I am trusting you you are my last resort..it is beyond my control..only you can help and prayers.

so desperate.
this is just the e-mails, there were calls daily and finally they started hanging up on me. It is not right. I wish I had stopped payment but I trusted them - I just never thought they would cash it as I thought honesty was there. Just a quick slick sales person and that is all. NO reply shows that they are not a caring firm at all.
