JK Harris - JK Harris & Co ripoff Help Stop JK Harris Some Valuable Info North Charleston South Carolina

I too have been ripped off by JK Harris. JK Harris was supposed to help setup a payment plan with the IRS for my back taxes but never performed any perceptible service.

I have researched the company using a few tools and would like to share some company info with every one.

First, the above address and telephone number are from a current "C"&"A" business report (you figure out where I got this since I can not republish the data).

Fourth, if you paid JK Harris for an OIC (offer in compromise), you should contact the law firm of Motley Rice. They filed a call action suit against JK Harris in Jan 2005. I strongly suggest you call the lawyer in charge of this class action. Her name is MS. Suzanne Klok at 800.768.4026. It will NOT COST you a cent to join the class. And you are in good hands with this law firm. They took down the tobacco industry, asbestos industry, etc. They have the talent and the money to kick JK Harris to the Sun and back.

Fifth, if you do not have an OIC complaint, then you are on your own. However, beside attempting to sue JK Harris, I suggest you file complaints with all of the following:

1. Better Business Bureau
2. Your state office of consumer affairs
3. Federal Trade Commission
4. Your state attorney general
5. The South Carolina State Attorney General's office
6. South Carolina office of consumer affairs
7. Any other agency that might be interested in this fraudulent operation.
