We have had four people over the four years we have been with J.K. Harris. We are paying to the IRS every month out of our checking account a monthly payment and are still paying Interest & Penalties.
I've have tried so hard to get the person who is handling our case, but she does not get back with me.
They said that I would received a letter to send to the IRS. asking to take off the Interests & Penalties, but it's been over two months now.
I've e-mailed her several times and have called. I always talk to other people and not her. We have given J.K. Harris over $2500.00 and spent money to fax things to them.
I think these people are not working for us and are not doing the job they say they would do. If they are aloud to treat us like this, this is stealing from us. We are paying them to cheat and they are doing a great job for J.K.Harris.
We have fallen into their tramp and are paying for it. Is there no help for us? I have had many a night of not sleeping, worring about the out come of this. If this is how J.K. Harris does business, then I think someone should protect the people they have cheated.
