JKM CARS JIANKANG ZHANG SCAMMER, LIAR, DO NOT TRUST!!! San Jose, California

I bought a car from Jiankang Zhang at his dealership JKM cars. The car was previously involved in a rear end accident and was "proffessionally" repaired by JKM Cars. The whole time Jiankang was promising me that he sold me a good car and it was repaired perfectly. After purchasing the car I took it home and took off the rear bumper to inspect the repairs. THE CAR WAS NEVER REPAIRED!!! the quarter panel has holes and chucks of body missing on the inside, the rear bumper was mounted with WOOD DECK SCREWS!!! The bent frame rail was just hidden, never repaired! The right taillight mount was held on by wood deck screws!! The rear battery compartment still had holes in it, with water leaking onto the battery. He just taped over the holes in the quarter panel expecting me not to see them. On top of that, he put on the wrong parts on the car, as long as they fit!! Rear bumper had bumper with parking sensors, car doesnt have parking sensors. He sold me a car that was unsafe for the road, and should not have been allowed to sell a car that was fixed so poorly. The holes in the battery compartment risked an electrical fire, and covered up quarter panel repair and bent frame rail compromised the sctructure and strength of the frame of the vehicle to protect the passengers incase of another rear end accident. When I contacted Jiankang to try to resolve the issue, he at first said to send him an estimate for repairs. Once I let him know the cost he started ignoring me!! Now he is ignoring me and doesnt want to pay the costs that I paid to have the car repaired professionally. He needs to be accountable for his lies and scams! He decieves many customers with his dealership!!!! DO NOT GO TO JKM CARS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
