 I have been negotiating with JKM ribbons since october 2012 and still have no merchandise or my money. They kept making promises about later dates for the merchandise and I patiently waited and still no merchandise. When i finally was done waiting for merchandise that was never going to arrive I requested a refund and they offered me a credit. What good does a credit do when the company cannot get the merchandise. I emailed and requested a refund and they offered to send me a check which would take approximately 21 days. I gave them more time than that and contacted the company and still have had no response. I find this type of transaction totally unacceptable and would warn potential customers to pay more for the product and buy from someone else. Check the rating out before buying.  I will especially after this experience.
