Well I'll tell you what this company did to me. I started working there in April of 2009 and it started out great. They had many appointment setter reps and thought it was going to be great. Well I went in for the interview, and the manager,Eric, interviewed me. Next day I come in I found out he was fired. Wow that is putting a great impression on me. Well it was down to 6 reps and for a couple weeks things went great. After a few weeks our reps started quitting because of "ersonal reasons." They're pay was ok it was $8.00/hr + bonuses. The only problem was, when June hit there were only two of us left because so many people had quit. Me and my supervisor Sarah. well the goal was 6 appts a day that is almost impossible for two people to come up with 3 each. When there were only us two left I was stuck TELEMARKETING for the next couple weeks because THEY didn't have the solicting license yet. Well I found out one day that when you're telemarketing you only get paid hourly not the bonuses u worked for. That is wrong because even though it is hard to canvass and walk door to door setting up leads its even harder on the phone and so the hard work you do does not pay off. So I quit. I was out of a job for a while and I needed something so I called them back for my job back. I was told by Jessica the owner I was going to be an Asst. Manager.I would get paid my regular bonuses(which dropped bc supposedly they were losing money) but get bonuses for training new people. Well when I went back there was only me and my supervisor(which was not the same girl because she had quit too). We went out canvassing to places that had no big population like bergen and clarkson. I had found out 2 weeks later they were hiring for more canvassers again which was good but my fiancee needed a job but wouldn't hire him because it would conflict with me. But I did find out my supervisor had hired her bf and lied to the owner who he was. Well because I did not make my goal out canvassing  because there were only 2 of us I was stuck telemarketing again. The next day I went in and found out I was stuck inside on a gorgeous day and her and her bf were canvassing. So I had told the owner I went to take a cigarette break and quit for one final time. The point of the matter is DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THEY SCREW YOU AND LIE ABOUT MONEY.
