I ordered three items from JMD Toys over the Internet in early December and according to the agreement the items would not be billed until they were shipped. MC was billed for the items plus shipping in mid December and the items were never sent.
I sent an email complaint and called with a voice mail complaint but did not receive any response. On 01/25/2006 I called and spoke to Gary who said he is owner of the business. He agreed to send the items as soon as they were in stock, estimated the next week.
I attempted to talk to Gary again 02/14/2006 and 02/17/2006 and was told both times "he is not available." I thought I heard children in the back round so maybe he does business from his home. If Gary and JMD Toys are charging MC for items he does not deliver then this is fraud.
