I took a 36 month lease on a lexus GS-300 with the specific condition that if anything happen to the car, including battery, tires and or any other item subject to wear, the dealer was to change it free of charge. They gave me an "excesive wear and tear contract" and assure me that everything was coverd. After 1 year the Yokohama tires got bad. I took the car in and was told that they have to be replaced and that they were not covered by the contract. For the next two weeks I could not get a manager to talk to me, and only because I called a Vice president at JM organization, I got a phone call from the dealer who informed that they were not going to do anything about it.

I went and change the tires on my own. This dealer rob me and I will never buy or lease a car from this dealer or Lexus for that matter.
