Jmw Financial Services ripoff fraud liars dishonest Work at Home Scam Mesa Arizona

I read their ad in the paper. I did not have a job at the time so it sounded like easy money. I then decided to call and get some info on the ad.

The woman moved very quickly from one thing to another. she asked if i was intersted, and i said yes. she then asked how i would like to pay for the training? I told her by chck, and gave her my bank accnt#.

I then told her never mind I did not have a job at the moment and was not able to pay any time soon. I also did not have a chck book with me.

I did not give her any permisssion what so ever to bill my account or to take money from my account! About a month later i recieved a statement from my credit union saying my account was in the negatives. I counld not figure out why.

Today i recieved a letter from a debt colletor saying i owed JMW $98.43. i called the number Pacific Creditors a*s., the woman told me to disregard the notice because chck# 10 came in and the bill was paid. Now, if I did not give them a chck # or permission to take money how did they do so? This is fraud and stealing!!!

I am now in the process of contacting my bank and seeing what I can do. B/c of them I have had many chcks bounce b/c of money being taken without my knowledge, and I am now in debt and on bad terms w/ my bank. I want my money back so I can atleast get my account some what staightened out.
