I had an email and verbal agreement to have granite kitchen countertops and master bathroom countertops installed by JNJ stone.  As an initial deposit for the work, Andy Mohler of JNJ Stone took a check for $2400 for me to schedule the date of April 27th for my installation.  As the date approached, I contacted JNJ to confirm the date.  They claimed to have problems with personnel and the health dept which would require my installation to be delayed by a week.  A couple of days prior to the new install date I tried to contact Andy Mohler but he said he no longer worked for the company and gave me the names and numbers of the owners.  These names were

Initially when I went to their office their was activity with forklifts, other customers and employees cutting granite.  After the second reschedule, the office was always closed.  After being very frustrated about the delay in my install and the lack of response, I went to JNJ on May 8th to get my money back.  The office was closed and no one was around.  I got in my car and then saw Nick Disher.  I approached him and discussed the situation.  He told me numerous lies and I requested a refund.  He went to his truck and wrote me a personal check for $2400.  I deposited this check and it was returned by the bank.  No one from JNJ is returning voice calls or texts.  They have defrauded me and I would like to prosecute to the full extent of the law.
