On 11/8/14, I ordered a pair of New York Giant custom Nike sneakers for my fiancee as a Christmas present. The charge was placed to my credit card 2 days later on 11/10. I was given an order# and was told I would receive a tracking # to my phone or email address once my order was shipped within 2-4 weeks. Well, it is now over 4 weeks and I haven't heard a word. I've sent 3 emails with no responses and left 1 phone message with no response. I've tried tracking my order on their site and their website is now no longer available. They are also no longer available on Facebook. I became skeptical, so I started searching the internet and I now see there are MANY people haveing the same issue. I could care less if I don't receive the sneakers, but I would like the $160.07 they charged to my credit card. Any assistance that can be provided in helping those of us that have been frauded would be greatly appreciated. (I have my confirmations from the transaction).

Yes, Capital One reversed the charge for me as well yesterday. Such a shame that there are people who conduct business this way!

They ripped me off too. I called Discover and they are reimbursing me and following up with them. Don't know if that's just a Discover thing or not but I would call your Credit Card Company asap. Good luck.
