I have purchased thru Joann.com now for over a year. This year has been the worst. They offer a free shipping club. That is purchase 3 seperate order for 35.00 or more before shipping and they send you an email to be in a free shipping club. Now it is a good deal as the free shipping club is any order 10.00 or more ships free. I satisfied the requirement 2/17/08. It says it will end you an email for shipping club.
After 4 emails to them and several phone calls (that no answered after 30 min plus wait). No response. Last year I had a little problem and it was solved with a phone call. This year different story. They don't respond to emails except an auto email saying some one will emai you back. Also can not get thru on phone. I called 411 to get company actual phone number, which is long distance, operator just put me in cue, the same cue on phone I just sat in for 30mins.
Poor customer service and I am not purchasing from them again. Hopefully no one has had this headache. I am begging to spend money with them and they refuse to respond. STAY AWAY FROM JOANN.com
