 I ordered a sample wrinkle reducer and payed for shipping. I received the product and didn't even open it as I was out of town when it came when I got home I opened the package and saw the product I put it aside but a day later I saw the 99.95 charge. I called my bank and put a hold onthecharge and also called the company( had trouble finding the right dept. ) told them I did not order any product and should not be charged they told me it was to lat I didn't cancel in time at that point I canceled any further product which they did but the bank had to charge me because I didn't Vance I time so here I am with a 99.95 and 89.95 charges for a 1 oz and 3 oz sample. I feel this is atotalrip off
