this lady wanted to do a trade on a bag that i was selling for a client. so they did the trade. since there was a trade, i was stuck in the middle of this situation. didnt know that she bought a bag that was fake from my client. so we happily returned it. since my client traded her a bag, he didnt want to keep it since she was returning the bag. so i returned both bag and processed the shipping, etc. since i paypaled her the payment, i used instant cash transfer, she paid with a credit card.
i sent her back the bag and she told paypal that i sent her back an empty box since i didnt insure the box. she told me that i mental issues. she created fake ebay accounts, to ruin my feedback on ebay. then ebay placed me on limited status, etc. she told me that i needed to see a shrink and that i had mental issues. she got the return bag back and also ran off with my money. contacted paypal and i wasnt covered since the purchase was placed outside of ebay. she lost the claim with paypal as well as i did.
stupid me, i didnt pay with a credit card and she filed a chargeback with her credit card and she got her bag back and the money that bought my clients bag. shes a rip off and i want everyone to know that shes a realtor of novato, california!

This just goes to show you that you must be very, very careful when you buy something on ebay! This woman has the nerve to sell counterfeit handbags and then files this online report to try to ruin my good name. She even admits in this report to sending me a counterfeit handbag! This ordeal was investigated by Paypal and my credit card company and she was found guilty of misrepresentation and fraud. That is why I was given a full refund by my credit card company. I had to provide them with approx 20 pages of proof to plead my case. Apparently ebay had received other complaints because her account is permanantly suspended. My ebay account is *shoe-gal* and I have outstanding feedback. It's so unfair that I now have this trash posted by her on the internet!
