I found a job opportunity on craigs list. During the online application it requests you have a updated credit score with you when applying.

I followed the link provided by the prospective employer which took you to creditscore.com. It states $19.95 for your credit report. I figured $19.95 was worth my credit report incase I would need it to apply for other jobs.

It was understandable to me for a company who was offering a job where you would be handling their finances to want to make sure your own finances were not in a place where your would possibly embezzle their funds.

I then noticed a continuous monthly charge of $19.95 to my bank account but had never heard from company I applied to for a job.

Many companies do not give their name so they are not hounded with there being so much unemployment so this also was not a red flag. All I have is the email address given to send your resume and credit report score.
