A company - Lakewood consultant (out of no where), e-mail me, saying that they saw me in the internet (job sites) and is interested to forward my resume, whic I agree; although I was concerned because this company does not have physical address in their homepage.

A few weeks later Job Success contacted me saying taht they git my reference from Lakewood consultant. They invited me saying that they have a job for me. I went there, but Mr Hameed seem not to be able to say clearly what job is it. It concerned me, in addtion to the fact that he keep saying aren't you concerned that you had been looking for a job for a while.

He invited me to a second interview a week later, which I came (more out of curiosity). He keep not showing the real job opportunity, talking windingly and showing a few video. He also be littled and said the way I conduct my job seach is lacking. I was quiet, polite, and patient, while deep in my heart, I said, "please, quickly tell me what do you really want to say".

He keep trying to set me up with an account ect. Finally he showed me a contract that said that itwill cost nearly $5,000. He tried to push  me to sign rigt away, and was clearly upset when I have questions and said that I need extra time.

When I went home and checked, I found other 8 people already reported the company ;).

Same Thing

AUTHOR: Igor - (Canada)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 05, 2012

Same thing here - Susan called, said one of their directors wants to talk to me. No position title, no details of the job offer... Only this time company name is Toronto Pathway (www.torontopathway.com) and director's name is Mr. Nielson. After reading the above report I called Susan, asked to confirm position name... She said she did not have this info. I am not going to go to the interview - too many things on this report match what I've heard...

Fell for the scam

AUTHOR: ashoor - (Canada)

POSTED: Saturday, August 13, 2011

Hey I fell for there scam. I contacted the ministry of consumer services and complained that they made verbal promises(goverment and companies give them jobs to find employees for them and all there jobs are internal and not advertised to the public) that were false but they were not on the contract. They said it would be difficult to get my money back because it's my word vs theres. If you heard them make the same statments can I get in contact with you to help me prove my case with the minsitry of consumer services, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Don't Give Them Any Money!

AUTHOR: Giselle - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, June 16, 2011

You would be crazy to give them any money and I sure as heck would not give them anymore of my time.  You are looking to GET PAID, not PAY SOMEONE ELSE! Continue your job search on your own, you will find something.  Never pay someone to get/give/find you a job!
