ME&A Capitol has entered into numerous contracts with firm commitment letters to fund real estate projects. After taking up front fees ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 he promises he can close and fund in 30 days. He has a website with photos of projects he had nothing to do with, as well has no ability to provide any clients he has funded or proof of funds and where they come from. There are at least 5 victims who have recently found out about each other and who are taking legal action against Mr. Walker and ME & A Capitol of the state of Georgia.
He takes small up front fees because as one victum put it, after contacting the FBI and AG, the amounts are tiny and not worth the headache to their departments.
