JobFox Did Not Pay Their Writers McLean, Virginia

I've been a long-time resume writer for JobFox and they downsized their resume writing department in February 2012. Unfortunately, I am still owed payments from three separate invoices for six weeks of work, even though all client orders were completed with full client satisfaction.

I am not alone. At least 24 other contract writers (many who work on a full-time basis) are out six weeks worth of pay as well. This company spent the money it owed its writers on botched merger and marketing strategies rather than compensating its writing staff for fulfilling their contracts. 

They keep promising updates. They overwhelm their full-ime, in house staff so that supposedly they can start paying the contracted workers. They even offer LinkedIn recommendations. Meanwhile, there has not been an update in over a month, not even a partial payment, and no recommendations given.
