Jobst compression socks 15-20 mmHg used to be of high quality - sturdy, like ski socks. They could use 5 wears before a hole would appear in them. I trusted Jobst, so I bought 20 pairs of Jobst compression socks 15-20 mmHg. I used 6 pairs. These socks are inferior to what I have had from Jobst: They are flimsy and weak; have only 1/3 the amount of fabric. My toe goes through it in the first wear! The 30-day return expired, so the vender would not take back the 14 unused pairs. I contacted Jobst at msrp.questions@bsnmedical.com and they ignored me.
My point is this: Companies may "cut corners" to pay less and make a profit. However, for a medical company, i.e. Jobst / bsnmedical.com, to do this is particularly LOW because this is a health issue, and people use compression sock for their health benefits.
Don't buy socks from Jobst. Look elsewhere.
