Aye, where to start! We hired Jodi for our wedding. Everything went great until we recieved the photos! UNBELIEVABLE! The kids at the wedding took better photos with the disposable cameras than JODI!!! WOW! What a shock and disappointment! When telling Jodi we wanted a refund, but instead of 100% we were trying to be nice because she did go out and shoot, we going to pay her $500 and wanted the rest back. Which was $1000. Thats it! But she refused to return our calls so we told her if she sisnt return our calls we were going to sue! She never did, so a year later, we went to mediation. Jodi cried broke! With 2 jobs and her husband having 2 jobs she cried broke! WHAT A JOKE THIS IS! W A R N I N G !!!! DO NOT HIRE JODI FOR ANY PHOTOGRAPY NEEDS! If you would like to see her photos she took for us, please contact us and we will be glad to mail you a cd! The photos were not clear, grainy, and just down right ridiculously terrible!!!!! So, whatever, we got nothing out of it except: terrible photos for our once and a lifetime wedding that we can never redue! Hope this helps, just posting our experience with JODI ROBBINS PHOTOGRAPHY! and the sad thing is, Jodi admitted to us and to the mediators that she knew the pictures were terrible and came out bad but their was nothing she was willing to do about it! So extremely terrible client service!

I have to say, I was completely shocked when I first read the "report" about Jodi Robbins and her photography. I used her as my photographer for not only my wedding but my engagement portraits and my bridal portraits. I absolutely loved my photos she did for us. I couldn't have been happier. Her photography is wonderful and wouldn't have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend her for anyone that I know. I would use her as my photographer time and time again!

Honestly, where do you come up with this stuff?

Honestly, Kimberly... Where do you come up with the things you post? I do not struggle through life, the cover up of your own actions is comical, and last but not least... I don't even have kids!
I have left this matter alone and you continue to bring it up and drag my name through the dirt. You obviously didn't want to handle this like adults in court. If you have "better things to do than play games" then let this go and drop it.

Jodi -- your not understand what has happened! This is too funny!!! Ok, yes you take some good pictures and what we saw online were good -- that is why we went with you to do the photography. the problem came when we saw how some pictures came out after to sent them to us 0 they were grainy and unclear. how does us meeting with you prior to the wedding effect the grainy or clear look of a photo after you develope it? its ok - these things happen, you f-up but life goes on. we will never be able to reinact that day but that goodness we had lots of pictures sent to us from family and other people who were there taking pictures.
we dropped your case because you cried broke at mediation and this was just wasting my husband and my time -- we have better things to do with our time than play these games with you. if you have no money to give us some back or even let us pay you for the amount you truely deserved - then on well move on --
we would have gone to court and you would have said the same thing - you have no money --- its a waist of time --- plus with the ecomony today why would we want to make you even more broke - you said you hardly have money for groceries -- that is terrible - itruely feel sorry for you and would like to even give you money to help especially since you have kids - i dont want them starving or you either. it is really good that you and your husband have 2 jobs each to help your family out.
best of luck and happy easter!
dont get me wrong - you were fine to work with and you did your job well - we were just disappointed that some pictures came out grainly and not sharp. its just sad when i pull them outta the box to look at them - but we have good ones up from family.
thanks for doing a great job at the wedding - you and the girl who helped you.
maybe, just a thought - you need to get your lense cleaned -- but then again not because not all the pics were grainy --- oh thats right you used two cameras - you and the other girl -- so yes, maybe one camera needed to get the lense cleaned.
oh -- if you need to make some more money - go to this website www.travelpresentation.com then if you want to get involved sign up on this site: http://www.journeyvacations.worldventures.biz/
Hope this helps you and your family

Let it be known that Naphtali Ben-Meir and Kimberly Ben-Meir filed this complaint with the Tarrant County Court System and that Naphtali Ben-Meir requested the case be dropped one day before the court appointment. It was agreed by all parties to drop this and to move on.
Naphtali and Kimberly voided their wedding photography contract by not having an initial wedding consultation to discuss photography specifics or to see my portfolio, they did not provide a photography wish list, and they did not follow time guidelines outlined within the contract which resulted in the unfortunate results of their photographs. As an artist I cannot be responsible for the out come if the client is unwilling to participate in the planning of the event and not able to adhere to the contract. I apologized but as per contract this out come was generated by the client's actions.
I work hard to provide for myself and my family. The character assassination that this client is trying to achieve is both juvenile and unprofessional. They had the chance to resolve this in a court of law and they withdrew their own complaint. Now six months later they are on the internet slandering my name and business because of the out come of their own actions.
Every client I have that read and followed their contract has been thrilled with their images. A client should always meet with a photographer, a client should always read the contract, and most importantly a client should ALWAYS adhere to the contract to ensure a professional out come.
The level of professionalism with this couple is lacking. It took weeks to receive payments from them, they didn't seem to have interest in the planning of the event, and as soon as they got the images they screamed refund and law suit. I tried to go above and beyond for this couple by bringing an assistant that I paid for, staying longer than I was paid to do, and expediting their order as soon as the final payment was received. If anyone would like real feedback then please feel free to contact my past brides that were thrilled with their images.
I hope this clarifies the lies and projected personal dislike of me and my business by this couple.
