Joe Feuerstein rips off contractors auburn washington

After completing a website for him a year ago, he decided that this year he would try again. After I contacted him, I ensured I did a contract, which he emailed me back that he accepted. I proceeded to tell him that I required 1/2 upfront from him to begin, at this point he began flaking over a 10 hour contract. which he failed to deliver on and then began causing problems and saying he would pay for and not following through.

I explained to him that the work I did fixed the issues he had told me about and that I still needed the money. At this point he decided to play games and cause issues saying that he wouldn't have had me fix the site if the underlying issue was the template also and he asked me how much it cost. I told him that it would cost another 120 dollars after paying 350.00 (10 hours fixing the underlying software). at this point he flung accussations to me and then blocked my access to the work I had done along with not making any comments about when I was supposed to be paid. 

at this point he began playing even more games. 

He tried a multitude of times to lie about things in hopes of not paying anything and I caught him doing so and sent him proof. eventually he admitted that the system has been screwed up for a while and had hoped that this would have been the fix to it. 

Fact is this person have a multitude of businesses and has admitted that he is a flake and has been. Truth be told I strongly suggest anyone doing business with him receives money upfront and in full. he is not to be trusted in any respect.
