Joe Koch Vendsales.net Did not deliver all my machines and also sent a machine that did not even work. Still waiting for my refund from June. Lake Oswego Oregon , Oregon

Joe Koch, who owns vendsales.net, is not a good man. Stay Away.  I asked him for 4 snack machines back in May.  He sent me only three snack machines plus one was broke.  Still waiting for my refund from June and it is already Sept.  

This has been a bad experience for me.  It all started when I called him for the machines and he said how he has been in the business forever and gave me a ton of Ideas.   He was playing the friendly Grandpa role.  So we bought 4 machines from him and trusted him.  Of course he cashed in my check right away and said he would ship the machines in a couple days.   I waited a week and he had all kinds of excuses, such as fedex does not have a truck to pick them up or that they were shipped.  I always asked for the tracking number and never got it.  Waited 2 more weeks and still nothing. I needed the machines because it was for a huge account so I started calling local vending companies and they said yeah Joe called them looking for some snack machines that he could resell to me. What a scammer!!!  Finally Joe got me 2 dirty machines from somewhere down south and he shipped me a machine himself that is falling apart.  He told me his brother inlaw would bring the 4th machine but it fell and broke.  Just another excuse.  So I had to by another machine, which I did not get from Joe, and it came right away and was in great shape.  Joe of course told me he would refund me my money for the machine that fell and broke.  Also he said he stands by his product 100% and would ship parts to me for the junky machine.  I asked him for a changer and some other part, and of course I have not gotten them even though he said he would ups them that day.  I asked for the tracking number because at this point in the game I knew he would not ship them.  Never got the tracking number and never got the parts.

Three months later and about 100 excuses and still no check.  Not sure what happened to Joe but there have been 3 reports about him since June.  Stay away!!! Of course I emailed him these reports and he says he paid all you guys.
