I worked for this attorney for a few years, and hated every minute of it. I was constanting receiving phone calls from clients alledging that Bruce made promises to people. As an attorney it is against the law to make promises as to the outcome of a case.

In addition, Bruce withdrew 127,000.00 dollars from the Attorney Client Trust Account in order to purchase his home in Huntington Beach with his client/new girlfriend Lana Taylor. Lana Taylor was a family law client and it is illegal to date a client. The Attorney Client trust account is not personal funds and it is illegal to co-mingle funds from the trust account with personal monies.

Thousands of people have been ripped off by the person. Check Katrina Nguyen v. Bridgman. Katrina was promised Michael Capizzi as their attorney, instead they got Chris Glew a brand new attorney with zero experience. They believe what this man says because he represents himself as an attorney. People should be able to rely on the words of an attorney, not be getting ripped off.

If you send a covert 'Client' to his office for a consultation on a criminal matter he will tell them that he is the attorney, make promises as to the outcome of a case (ie no jail time), take your money and do nothing to deliver. Instead he will send the case out of his office to another brand new attorney, probably one who has never handled serious cases, and never speak to you again. And if you are an attractive young female most likely he will hit on you.

There once was a client who contacted me because Bruce had promised to pay her court fines in exchange for a weekend of sex and drugs. He filed a fradulent bankruptcy, and there is many many many more indecretions regarding this person.

I don't really want my name published in this, however, will be very cooperative if you have help the public not be ripped off any further.

I am an ex-employee of the company and know this man's ENTIRE BAG OF TRICKS. Now he claims he never sold to consumers. well, just go to www.directvsc.com.... its all about selling to consumers!!!!!
This guy works out of his house at (((ROR redacted))) St. Peters, MO 63376. He has an obese partner and yippy little dog with food and dogshit all over the place. My biggest challenge when I started working there was to find a clean cup to drink out of....and to be able to walk around the pizza boxes all over the floor!!!I was shocked when i first started that people actually operate businesses like this. Apparently, in the WARRANTY INDUSTRY, anyone with as pulse and can throw up a website and start their VERY, VERY OWN 'warranty brokerage'.

If the 2 people you keep talking about on the Rip Off Report are what you say they are then why the hell are you trying to do business with them? I know both Parties that you keep writing about and its sad that some worthless man who claims he owns a big Warranty COmpany keeps trying to Sabotage them. I hope everyone sees how stupid you look. Making false claims about 2 individuals just because they dont want to do business with you.
Everyone please look at the dates and times of each email that Mr Montes sent. If Kalsi and Bradshaw are what he claims then why are you trying to work with them?
Mr Bradshaw and Ms Kalsi found out Joe Montes was under investigation with the Attorney Generals office and so they stopped working with him. Now he is trying to get back at them. Ms Kalsi and Mr Bradshaw are not even in the Warranty Business because of all the complaints that this Industry has. This is the same man that calls you at 3:00am to see if you would like a warranty on your vehicle. Next time you get 5 phone calls about a warranty on a car that you dont even own.. Thats Mr Joe Montes!!!We the public do not want your Warranty. . Call Madoff and see what he is doing...YOur next!!!

Worked with www.vehicleserviceshgroup.com. Detected fraudulent business practices, including but not limited to insurance and warranty fraud. Joe Montes opens several internet web based business, which are essentially shell companies in efforts to defraud not only consumers, but also other businesses. I finally called it quits with this guy after he wanted the call center to do predictive dialing, sell fake warranties and spam people. I urged Mr. Montes to stop such business practices and i was let go.

Furthermore, he prints out automotive extended warranties on paper from his computer. The contracts these poor customers were buying were not even worth the paper they were printed on. I found out one day reading over the paperwork, called the alleged insurance company and they had never even heard of this man nor his company

Rip-off report has cleared our business of all the allegations made by two shameless dishonest criminals. 1) Premier Dealer Services is owned and operated by Great American Insurance Company - located at pds-gaic.com, Kalsi and Bradshaw used to be agents for them. 2) We do not sell or represent Old Republic. 3) Rip-off report keeps clearing are business everytime these two individuals post information. 4)We are brokers of vehicle service contracts with directvsc and are agents of vehicle service contracts with Vehicle Services Group. I the latter we design, develop and deploy websites for various VSC Brokers.
