JOE MYER'S FORD HWY 290 The Body Shop...Horrible Service to Women !! Houston texas

i will never ever do any kind of business with JOE MYER"S ever again...this company ,well Tommy Nguyen, "Body shop Rep"..promised to have my car ready in approximately one week from the day i brought it in.Okay one week has passed, and yet they havent even started working on the vehicle yet...hm..?? why ?? well when i asked Tommy NYugen why hasent he started work on my car , and he got an attitude with me..stating, its not his fault my insurance is taking so long with the estimate, well i called my insurance and got the estimate and gave it to him..

okay now im waiting again..Tommy tells me now he can get started on tearing the wrecked bumper off my car, so they can see what needs to go on and be replaced..okay week number two..Tommy tells me that he got the parts and the vehicle will be done on that tuesday..okay I call him to let him know that im on my way to pick up my vehicle, with check in purse..okay, its not ready yet..why not i asked..well mr Tommy was still waiting on parts and he never even started repairing the vehicle..he that, well i asked to see the vehicle, he brought me to see it, it was in the back collecting dust and nothing had been done as far as i can see..but Tommy insured me that the parts was on the way as we were speaking..and my vehicle will be ready in the next three days..

okay, three days passed, i call tommy te let him know that i am on the way, he tells me that its not ready yet and the mechanic needed to get the parts painted before putting them back on, okay, tommy said it would be ready by friday..Its monday now ...Tommy calls me at work and apologizes for the delay, and tells me the vehicle is ready..okay,,called him later that evening to let him know that im on the way..Tommy says he is going to have it ready for the next day..So now im really mad..He is a liar..I told him i was on the way anyway ..he said he had to inspect it first..i instructed him to do it now and i will wait for my car, so he yelled at me stating that ..fine..i will inspect it and u will just have to wait because i was going to get off early..its my early day to get off..

so i got there and the car was ready..and now the dispute begins over the insurance check..it was made out to me and the lien holder..okay..another hurdle..manager Joe instructed me that if i can get my lien holder to send in writing a letter stating that they will endorse the check, thwy will release my vehicle..okay came back with the letter the next day, okay now..when i gave Tommy the letter, he said it was nothing that he can do because the manager that told me that was gone for the day,..so he said he callled the guy on the phone and the manager renigged on what he said..and now we wait on another check for them to release to me my vehicle,,

I hate this company now..and the only reason i brought my car their is because i worke dthere..well if your considering body work here..make sure to bring a tape recorder and legal documents of your own that will protect you..
