I went in to purchase a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant that was sticker priced at $19,072.00. I put down $4500.00 but instead of taking it off the price of the car they added that to the amount of the car. They also made me purchase over $2300.00 in warranties that was not needed. I know that I was cheated in the deal because I am trying to trade in my car in now and all the dealerships are telling me that I am upside down $7000.00. I know that they are cheating people out of there money and I want to make sure that know one else gets cheated the way I did. I need to get my money back that was stolen from me. I have called the dealership and they are not wanting to cooperate with me in this matter so now I have to take matters into my own hands. I am seeking legal advice in this matters.

$19,072+$4500+$2300=$25872. $19,072-$4500+$2300=16872. Did you actually look at what you signed? They MADE you buy the warranties? I imagine what you have is one of those one year no interest, no payment ripoff deals along with about a hundred thousand other poor souls. I don't even want to know what you've been paying, how long, what your interest rate is, what your pay off is and what your car is worth. It hurts too much.
