Yeah I too was screwed by "JOE". He comes off nice at first, but once he has your money, look out. His service dept. sucked. Imagine this. He was using a guy J.Gentile. Yeah the guy who was the bankrupt resturant guy. Then I see the service guy from my motorcycle shop and a (self proclaimed) retired carpenter working on my hot tub. I freaked. Loads of problems. In the end he sucked so bad Jacuzzi TOOK the franchise off him and put it @ Niagra Pools. Nice people. Oh, JOE charged me $110 a piece for a filter. Niagra price $46.22. We bought a new top cover. JOE'S price, $595.00, Niagra's price $395.00. What a creep!!! I don't wish dealth on no one, but whe his time is up, I hop he dies broke!

#1 UPDATE Employee
A little confused

Hi Rusty,
I realize this report is very old but just came across it and found it to have some inaccuracies. I am the installation administrator at Ordini's and work in the ingrounds so had no dealings with the spas and admittidly don't have knowledge of your circumstance but was a little confused by some of the things in your report. I started working here in April of 06' and Gentile was NO LONGER working here before I started. Joe will admit he made a mistake by giving the guy a chance and we have worked hard to repair the damage he had done. I'm not quite sure how what the tech's former occupation, before he worked on spas has any bearing on anything. I often did/do cashier and the most expensive Jacuzzi filter we have/ever had is $59.99 and that is the largest one they make. As I sit here today, I am looking at the spa cover price list and the most expensive one we have in 2014 is $549.00 for a very large spa. Most of the ones we sell today are $399.00 to $449.00, so I'm not sure where that price came from in 08' and know there are many different levels of spa cover out there (thickness/quality). Jacuzzi did NOT take the line from Joe but I am sure I know who your source was on that info. Of course competitors tend to have stories that aren't always accurate. I am sorry you had a poor experience and would like to invite you to check out the Ordini's of today. We have a A+ rating by the better business bureau and strive to provide the best customer service. I am sure what you said about Joe at the end of your report was out of frustration and anger and does not speak to your character.
