Joe Palagonia con man and Theif!!dead Beat Estro , Florida

Have you met this person? His name is Joe Palagonia.He lives at 22321 Piazzadoria lane units 16.Formaly a New York resident Joe Palagoina hides in the state of Florida because of its liberal laws. Joe palagonia is a thief! And a con man and a dead beat! He befriended me and my wife gained our trust over a period of time and led us to believe that he was shunned by his family to gain our sympathy.

Exiled in a sense that he was misunderstood. In reality he is just a thief and a con man and a dead beat. I formed a business with him that he put nothing into it because I believed he was my friend. He would always say all his money was tied up in bond market money account that he hides in either his mother name or his sisters name money he got when he was expelled from his business Palagonia Bakery. Over time we helped him buy a house in Florida letting him use my credit. We help buy cars, again letting him use my credit and at one point I had some other real estate which I took out home equity loans on to finance projects in Florida and when they where sold Mr. Palagoina led me to believe that there was no money left leading me to believe that I had lost 50k this was not so hes coldly calculated to steal what ever profit there was left from the sales of these homes. He even bragged about it to another friend of his.

Everything started when I was asked to help buy a car which I gladly did because I thought he was my friend but this was all a lie. Tricked into signing a power of atty so he could buy a car in Florida. This was turned into a blatant abuse of my generosity. And sadly we tried for some sort of justice but the great! State of Florida says that he did nothing worng.Mr Palagoina went on to sign my name to 100k car loan with out my knowledge or consent, he Drained the company credit cards to the tune of $65k stole about $40k from the sale of the homes in a place called citrus springs. We have been devastated and now can do nothing about it.

We tried to sue here in New York under some law called the long arm statue law. But some moron judge ruled that it didnt apply to him because he wasnt a reisident.He has money to spend on lawyers but wont pay his depts. This is what he does he is a low life prescription drug addicted self centered parasitic con man who believes that everything should come to him because hes so misunderstood

And were not his only victums.He has been married 4 times  and still in the process of divorcing his 4 the wife which he ruined her life and her young son as well he tricked her in to buyer a house with a down payment from her credit card then bankrupted her as well. His girlfriend of 8 years he beat her out of about $20k.

We treated this low life like one of family because we felt sorry for him he made a statement that he was taking his advance profit on business venture we had in new York where I did all the work and he did nothing but steal all the money sadly the project went bust as well and all and all Mr. palagonia made off with about 150k in cash he certainly got the better part of the deal. If you come across this person walk the other way because he will do the same thing to you as well. I write this in hopes that some one will see this and it could very save you a lot of grief. We have been cheated out of a lot things and its as if we dont exist we look like dead beats we are just victims of a con man named Joe Palagonia.
