This place needs not only an ethical check but also in great news of customer service!! I had a deal and signed many documents- since the other document was going to take 15 minutes they allowed For us to move tem from the trade in to the new vehculo (to us). Once the documents erre ready ti signed we headed to the office and our sales person came with us. The contract was completly changed. Our sales guy told the finance guy that we agreed for 48 months at a lower rate. He told him to be quiet and that he would talk to him later. told us to take because he didnt day anything the sales person firs not know about finances and the manager that agreed on the deal doesnt handle finances or get out of his office. So ofcourse after such disrespect we left. Asked for assistance to transfer our items from the new vehicle to ours. They Denied the request and sales guy said he could only OpenOffice the doors and no one is available to help. All this infront of my 5 year old daughter. The humiliation and disrespect was unbelievable. My daughter was upset and it broke my heart that she had to witness this at an impresional age.
