This guy is a total fat scary creepo! He claims to be a modeling photographer, but all he wants to do is gets you in front of his camera to take nude photos of you, He has no photography modeling experience what so ever. The girls he cons do not even know this is being done to them. He will offer to take you out for coffee or lunch and asks
all kinds of personal questions that have nothing to do with photography modeling, He also tries to take girls to Hot Springs, Which is his excuse to have you take your clothes off or offer you money for sex. Portland Beware of this guy. All of his so called photo fashion shoots happen in where you are half dressed or nude.
On top of that he's 50 and dresses
like a teenager. Non of the other legitimate photographers that I had worked with had anything positive to say about Joe Shelley, they
all told me to watch out and I wish I had! GIRLS BE WARNED, THIS GUY IS
