I too was approached on S. Lamar by two guys in a black 2001 chevy tahoa or suburban. i was headed to work when two guys at a stop light asked me if i wanted to buy some speakers. he had told me that he was headed to a bar close by to go install some other speakers, and the company they ordered the speakers from sent them one pair to many. They gave me the whole sales pitch about how they were speakers that were worth 1300.00 dollars, and how they wanted to make some money off of the speakers, that way they didn't have to give them to there boss, because he would just take them for himself. The guy name was Joe, he had a bald head, about 5'11" tall, white male. he said that he works for a home audio company in austin close to the airport! he to presented a reciept for the speakers and scamed me out of 300.00 dollars. so to anyone else out there be careful and watch out for theses bastards, these speakers sound like crap!!
