Our C/C machine went out around 10/14/16 we called customer service and texted this Joe Wilk character and e-mailed him his only response to us was that I was verbally abusing him from the start! REALLY? HOW? what a baby!
So with in the 1st. 30 days I emailed and requested that he sell the contract so we could get out of it,he told me this although it is not in the paper contract and all I got back from him was "your being mean to me" !! really!?? he is a very sensitive scammer!
Aparrently Joe Wilk get's $3000 to sign a contract so its evident that he does'nt want to let anyone out. He also claims to same me hundreds per month! more like $15 per month if the moon is in line with saturn!
I am also am paying $99 per month for a machine that has a retail value of $249.99 the contract is for 48 months thus covering Joe Wilks $3000 comission and the cost of the machine but only 4x the price!
they also went by AKA Northern Leasing Systems,Power Payment Systems,
Be aware of this Scam and JOE WILK he's no better than any other company only this one doesnt fix anything or replace equipment when it fails. TOTAL SCAMMER
the date today is 10/28/16 its now been 2 weeks and if it wasnt for the fact we had a back up in place we would have been PUT OUT OF BUSINESS by JOE WILK

Joe Wilk's Crappy Signature card servie still has not sent a new credit card machine or offered and correction or let us out of our contract Stay FAR AWAY form Joe Wilk and Signature Card
We have started with a new company thats even Lower than Joe Wilk the Fraudster and his Signature Card service and our new company has NO Contract

The owner of this business has consistently saved over $100 per month every monto including all of his costs. In March 2016, his first full month of processing with me, he paid 1.14% overall, including everything. He wants everything for nothing, told me that another company matched my rates, and wanted everything out 10 minutes after he signed everything. The owner is stupid, a lunatic who threatened my personal safety, and has a personal ax to grind with me. If I were so horrible, who is forcing him to stay? Does he mention that? If I were you, I would stay away from him!!!
