Joe William Smith - Joey Smith Joey Denied my son until a DNA test. Then used him to get to me. Now he is a meth head and doesn't even call on Christmas Selma Alabama

Joe William Smith 111 (AKA Joey Smith) lied, cheated, abused me, and used me while I was pregnant. Begged for me to have an abortion. Denied my son until almost 2 years later a DNA test proved him to be the biological father. Now he will not pay child support nor sign over rights for the better sake of my child. Joey has told people that signing over rights is not the manly thing to do. However, I guess everything else is....HUH? Joey has been in rehab because of his addiction to Meth. When I was finally able to contact him he admitted to being on Meth while he spent what little time he did with my son. Now he is over six thousand dollars behind in child support.He has never called on Christmas or his Birthday. Joey's own mother who I used to talk to on a daily basis has not spoken to me but twice in almost a year, because I got married. I have delt with DHR going to court and everything in between. SOETHING HAS TO BE DONE WITH PEOPLE IN TODAYS SOCIETY. In court Joey admitted to being on Meth, lying, stealing, and not taking care of my son along with the other kids he has. The Judge still gave him six months to clean up. During the first three months after court he missed yet another payment and still has yet to call. In court they ordered for random drug tesing including hair folical testing. When I contacted the Judge's secretary to fing out the status on the tests I was informed that JOEY was to schedule his own testing.......SO MUCH FOR RANDOM!!!!!!! They have still yet to pick him up on a conditional warrent that was issued almost 2 months ago. So now I am taking my action and doing what I think may help.
