Joel Malig Joe take pictures of my wife kids and my car San Mateo Ca California

I live in a large apartment building in San Mateo. I have neighbor named Jeol Malig that has been harassing my family and neighbors for over two years.

This man is maybe 70 years old and lives on my same floor.  Mr Malig and his wife are very creepy. Mr Malig especially lurks around the hallways peering into our apartments ,he takes pictures on his cell phone of our children and films my neighbors for no reason except maybe for his own pleasure. He also mutters racist comments about me being Mexican and calls my family "illegial mongrels"  How insulting to come to this country and experience such  hatred and such an ugly little hateful man.  He also takes pictures of our cars ,swears at the kids in our building when they are simply playing too.. His wife is just as ugly and miserable . A horrible decrebid woman Its a free country that why I come here to make a better life but why do I have to deal with the cowardly man . I want to warn others and to protect your kids. In my opnion No man has right to film your innocent kids or creep around in the middle of the night spying. We unlike him WORK and contribute to this economy and have no time to peer at kids and families.  Shame on him . I am gooing to report him to polizia if it continues.  Tired of living with this bigot
